Добытые (выловленные) водные биоресурсы, имеющие промысловый размер меньше указанного подлежат немедленному выпуску в естественную среду обитания в живом виде с наименьшими повреждениями.

В случае превышения суточной нормы добыча (вылов) водных биоресурсов прекращается.
