Что такое РДДМ? Почему РДДМ – это что-то новое? Что значит быть частью РДДМ? Речь пойдёт о новом Российском движении детей и молодёжи.
20 апреля 2022 года участница Всероссийского конкурса «Большая перемена» Диана Красовская обратилась к Владимиру Владимировичу с предложением создать Движение, объединяющее всех детей России. Идея была поддержана Президентом.
1 июня, на площадке ВДНХ в рамках Фестиваля детства и юности «Большая перемена» прошёл I Всероссийский слёт детских общественных организаций «Первый в двадцать первом». О нём подробнее можно почитать здесь: https://дпг38.рф/?p=14245.
14 июля в силу вступил Федеральный закон «О российском движении детей и молодёжи», в котором прописаны правовые положения, цели, организационный и имущественные основы деятельности Российского движения детей и молодёжи: http://publication.pravo.gov.ru/Document/View/0001202207140025?ysclid=l9e4azy8re554739186.
17-21 декабря в Москве состоялся l съезд Российского движения детей и молодёжи, который объединил 1406 делегатов из всех регионов России, а это – педагоги, родители и их наставники. И вот, о чём все вместе они заявляют: «Мы объединились в движение, чтобы обеспечить России великое будущее, чтобы сделать достойной и счастливой жизнь всех поколений, чтобы менять мир к лучшему!»

02. Мы хотим быть первыми в знаниях и творчестве, на защите Родины, в науке и технологиях, в труде и спорте, в сохранении природы и везде, где хотим исполнить наши мечты!
03. Мы — первооткрыватели мира и готовы изменить его к лучшему!
Дни съезда были наполнены различными встречами и дискуссиями с руководителями разных организаций и министрами. Самыми ответственными были моменты, когда принимались решения о том, каким быть Движению, о его идеях, целях, ценностях, общих совместных инициативах и делах. Особым событием для всех участников съезда стала возможность поддержать сверстников на Донбассе: было написано около полторы тысячи писем, пожеланий и сделанных в ручную подарков, которые позволяют поддерживать ребят.
Цель «Движения Первых»:
объединить новые поколения России и их общественные структуры для создания общества равных возможностей, саморазвития, раскрытия личностного потенциала, участия в коллективной созидательной работе на благо общества и всей страны. В том числе и содействие проведению государственной политики в интересах детей и молодёжи, участие в воспитании детей, их профессиональной ориентации, организации досуга, создание возможностей для всестороннего развития и самореализации, подготовка детей и молодёжи к полноценной жизни в обществе.
Почему «Движение Первых»? На этот вопрос отвечает следующая миссия движения: Быть с Россией! Быть человеком! Быть вместе! Быть в движении! Быть первыми!
Председателем Наблюдательного Совета Движения является Президент Российской Федерации. В Наблюдательный Совет вошли 15 представителей, одни из них: Кириенко С.В., Анисимов Н.Ю., Фальков В.Н., Кравцов С.С., Львова-Белова М.А., Комиссаров А.Г., Фурсенко А.А., Разуваева К.Д.
Учредители нового Движения – это 26 крупнейших в России детско-юношеских организаций, перечислю некоторые из них: «Ассоциация волонтёрских центров», «Большая перемена», «Российское движение школьников», «Юнармия», «Российские студенческие отряды», «Российский союз молодёжи» и «Кружковое движение НТИ».
Ценности российского движения детей и молодёжи – традиционные для российского общества. Это любовь к Родине, ответственность за страну, это жизнь и достоинство, это семья, это созидательный труд, дружба и связи между людьми, мечты, – подчеркнул Владимир Шаповалов, кандидат исторических наук.
В ходе пленарного заседания было одобрено 12 основных направлений деятельности движения. В число треков вошли образование и знания «Учись и познавай!», наука и технологии «Дерзай и открывай!», культура и искусство «Создавай и вдохновляй!», волонтёрство и добровольчество «Благо твори!», патриотизм и историческая память «Служи Отечеству!», спорт «Достигай и побеждай!», здоровый образ жизни «Будь здоров!», медиа и коммуникации «Расскажи о главном!», труд, профессия и своё дело «Найди призвание!», экология и охрана природы «Береги планету!», дипломатия и международные отношения «Умей дружить!», туризм и путешествия «Открывай страну!»
Движение имеет свою символику: эмблему, флаг, гимн, вымпел. Её утверждает Координационный Совет Движения. Глава Координационного Совета – Григорий Гуров, заместитель министра науки и высшего образования РФ. И его 7 заместителей: Ботов А.В., Витина О.В., Самсонова Е.С., Закиров М.Ф., Костенко Е.П., Старкова А.А., Сулима Л.О.
Движение имеет Региональные отделения, местные отделения и первичные отделения, формируемые в образовательных организациях, дополнительного образования детей, а также в организациях, образующих инфраструктуру молодежной политики, организациях в области культуры и спорта, иных организациях, осуществляющих работу с детьми и молодёжью. Иркутское Региональное отделение возглавляет Председатель РДДМ – Перфильев С.В. и специалисты отделов по взаимодействию – это Пинигин Д.А. и Герасимова А.С. В Региональный Совет входят представители 12 треков движения и их команды.
За всё время существования Движения проведено не мало интересных мероприятий и Всероссийских акций. Так, например, занятие из цикла «Разговоры о важном», который стартовал с начала текущего года в российских школах, 30 января посвятили теме значимости нового движения с формами интерактивов. Продолжаются такие акции, как «Замечай!», «Поздравь Защитника!», «Письмо Защитнику», марафон открытия первичных отделений и не только. К концу подошёл и марафон «14 дней в движении».
Российское движение детей и молодёжи «Движение первых» — это единое движение, в котором множество возможностей для самореализации каждого ребёнка, молодого человека, для воплощение своих самых смелых идей и инициатив в жизнь! Чтобы стать частью большой команды, нужно только одно – это собственное желание. Мы можем объединиться вместе со своими друзьями, классом, семьёй и учителями-наставниками в самую масштабную команду – команду Российского движения детей и молодёжи!
