По словам официального представителя ведомства Светланы Петренко, сиротам, еще не получившим квартиру, негде зарегистрироваться, что влечет административную ответственность и невозможность получить пособия.
“При участии СК разработан проект изменений в федеральный закон, устанавливающий правовые основания для регистрации по месту жительства лиц из числа детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, до предоставления им жилых помещений”, – сказала она. Петренко пояснила, что, согласно разработанным поправкам, в качестве места регистрации сирот предлагается указывать адреса администраций муниципальных образований (нежилые помещения), на территории которых находится их фактическое место жительства.
Также СК считает, что детей важно научить трудоустраиваться, планировать бюджет, совершать платежи за коммунальные услуги, обеспечивать сохранность предоставленного жилья и т.д. Некоторые сироты даже не знают о своих правах, положенных им по закону льготах и привилегиях.
“С учетом этих проблем председатель СК Александр Бастрыкин поручил руководителям территориальных следственных органов на регулярной основе организовать разъяснительную работу с ребятами из незащищенной категории граждан. Она направлена на формирование у них достаточного уровня правовой грамотности и обеспечения в дальнейшем возможности защиты своих прав”, – сообщила Петренко.
