По состоянию на 17:00 31 мая остаются подтопленными 2 приусадебных участка в селе Бирюса Тайшетского района. Подтопленных жилых домов нет, сообщает МЧС по Иркутской области
В течение суток в селе Шиткино от воды освобождено 11 приусадебных участков. В городе Тулуне в районе Красный Яр в результате снижения уровня реки от воды освобождена автомобильная дорога, ведущая к садоводствам.
Уровень воды в селе Бирюса также продолжает снижаться и на данный момент составляет 325 см при критической отметке 400 см. В районе Шиткино уровень воды в реке Бирюса составляет 539 см при критической отметке 570 см.
В городе Тулуне уровень воды в реке Ия составляет 694 см при критической отметке 730 см, также отмечается снижение уровня.
В настоящее время в верховьях рек Бирюсы, Ии, Уды, Оки, Белой наблюдается существенное снижение уровней. Для мониторинга гидрологической обстановки задействовано 60 гидрологических постов.
Главное управление МЧС России по Иркутской области, а также органы управления и силы муниципальных образований, на территории которых наблюдается осложнение гидрологической обстановки, функционируют в режиме повышенной готовности. Это Аршанское и Кирейское сельские поселения Тулунского района, город Тулун, Тайшетский, Нижнеудинский, Заларинский районы.
В населённых пунктах, подверженных риску подтопления, продолжают нести дежурство 60 спасателей. На их вооружении 14 единиц техники: плавсредства и беспилотники.
В случае чрезвычайных ситуаций населению необходимо обращаться на единый номер вызова экстренных служб «112».
